Not as nutritional as other paleo flours, chestnut flour does tout a high vitamin C content. It’s high in carbohydrates, though. Keep this in mind for carbohydrate-sensitive plans.
Almond flour is an easy traditional flour alternative. It’s a 1:1 baking ratio and can be made at home with your high-powered grinder. Almond flour is high in calories so work it into your caloric intake accordingly. The taste is nutty and works well in breads and cookies.
